Every year, at the beginning of March, we choose the coldest night and harvest in our vineyard. When the sky becomes immense and the stars bear witness to our dedicated work. <\/span><\/p>

Beneath that infinite vault, the magic happens unhurriedly: we light the lanterns, sharpen the scissors, and let time do its work. Illuminated by that fire, we walk row by row, lifting bunch by bunch at just the right moment, with their freshness intact, transforming them into the essence of a wine born in the shadows.<\/span><\/p>

The night harvest is more than just a job; it's a pact with the land and with those who came before us. The night harvest is an inherited ritual, our ritual, which brings us together year after year to work as a team under the same sky of yesteryear, telling stories between whispers and crunching scissors. It's the art of doing things the way our grandparents did: with patience, with respect, with the certainty that every step, every gesture, builds the identity of our fresh, young wines, made by hand, one by one, step by step. <\/span><\/p>

Since 2013, we have been harvesting manually at night. Between 1 and 6 a.m. in March, when the grapes' birx degrees define the harvest and the night is clear and cold.<\/span><\/p>\n

With kerosene lanterns and pruning shears in hand, our team of workers begins the meticulous task of harvesting, one by one, each bunch from our vine, which are placed in 7 kg trays to prevent our grapes from being crushed and thus preserve their qualities intact.\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Every year, we're also joined by curious friends, engineers, and lovers of good drinks who join us in this experience to share with us the most important moments of our activity.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

At the end of the harvest, we celebrated the work done with grilled choripanes, cooked over the same fire that provided shelter throughout the night.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
